A Prophetic Perspective of the Recent Falling Marble:


Is it possible that Vermont and her neighbor are a key to the rebuilding of this pediment?


The marble used in building the Supreme Court was actually quarried in Vermont and If you don't know... (architecturally) a pediment is a fancy peak of a building which contains the sculptured facade.

Last Monday a basketball sized piece of Vermont marble fell off the U.S. Supreme Court Bldg. This piece fell from above the figure of Authority, near the peak of the building's pediment, and to the
right of the figure of Liberty, who has the scales of justice on her lap! After bouncing off the lower frame of the pediment, (approximately at the words "Under"), this piece crumbled into approximately 40 pieces before pelleting
the steps of the entrance of the building!

This event occurred two days before the court was to hear the New Hampshire case on Parental Notification (Ayotte v. Planned Parenthood of New England).

This is the first abortion related case to be heard in five years and the second case since the 1992 Planned Parenthood v. Casey reaffirmed the so called Constitutional protection.



Could the Lord be giving us a sign through this seemingly natural act?!

While in Vermont in 2004, Chuck Pierce said that Vermont is the "sleeping Beauty" of the nation... and proclamations began to be made that she is awakening! Like the Vermont marble, the hidden beauty in the venation shall be seen!

Vermont shall awaken to see the beauty of the face of the Lord and shall become a reflection of the face of His beauty to the entire nation! The ugliness that has originated from VT shall be turned back and once again VT shall be a leader of righteousness and justice to the nation!

During Chuck's recent October visit to Vermont we declared the release of the blowing of the North Wind! This wind is the wind of REFORMATION and REVIVAL that will sweep this nation.

Beginning in the early 70's, VT has been used as a test state to spread a liberal agenda to the rest of the country! (Google for the article: "Taking Over Vermont" by Richard Pollak in April, 1972 Playboy Magazine)

Wouldn't it be like the Lord to initiate reversals from origination points! Think about it... New England, the roots of "the Great Reformation." Certainly God has (as we say) a sense of humor, and He has done this before! I believe that this wind has already blown through New Hampshire and has made its way to D.C.!

Don't forget that in 1777, Vermont was the first territory to abolish slavery within its own limits and on Dec. 9, 1820 was one one of the first to declare war upon it without! We must be mindful of this and redig the wells of abolitionist revival! As Will Ford says "Somebody should drink of this well."

Planned ParentHOOD's VT Connection
When I began this article I was unaware, but after more news was released about the upcoming case... I discovered that Planned Parenthood of Northern New England is the lead plaintiff in the N.H. Parental Notification case that was heard at the Supreme Court on Nov. 30th. Coincidentally, they are based in Williston, Vermont and also have 27 (so called Health Clinics) in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

This is the connection with the falling VT marble at the Supreme Court last Monday! THE ROOTS ARE IN VT!
Vermont will also be hearing a "Death with Dignity" and possibly our own Parental Notification bill in this next VT legislative session beginning in January. I believe there is a reversal of the direction of these evils from VT and NH and it will begin to liberate the rest of our country!

What about the granite State our (neighbors), and what does this have to do with falling marble at the Supreme Court and sweeping winds?

Two years ago, "the Old Man of the Mountain" mysteriously lost his face when the symbol of the New Hampshire state fell off the side of Profile Mountain in a landslide (significant?) Was there a prophetic significance of the old stubborn, isolated and courageous man's face falling off on May 3, 2003?

N.H.'s FACIAL CHALLENGE
I believe God had given a sign that N.H. was no longer to be independent and stubborn and that the strongholds of religion had broken off! They were given an opportunity to "Live free or die", which takes on a new meaning when you look at it in the context of "Choose you this day whom you will serve"... and "TODAY I have set before you LIFE and DEATH... CHOOSE LIFE." New Hampshire has long resisted any abortion restrictions!

Amazingly the NH falling event happened the month before the New Hampshire Legislature was considering the Parental Notification Bill which is currently being reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court! The bill was signed by Governor Benson on June 19, 2003!

I believe the prophetic connection and significance of this symbol representing "the granite state" falling off and the recent U.S. SUPREME COURT "Vermont marble" falling incident is in the legal term Facial Challenge!

The term Facial Challenge is a legal term. It means that a law must be accepted "at Face Value" as written and must be able to be applied in every situation or the whole bill is thrown out. It is also referred to as the "Salerno rule" after the 1987 case which applies in most other cases. New Hampshire states that the case should not be governed by the "no set of circumstances" standard articulated in United States v. Salerno, 481 U.S. 739 (1987).

The law would also be a step towards reversing Roe v. Wade, since the bill defines a fetus as "any individual human organism from fertilization until birth."

God is speaking through New Hampshire's humility in upholding parental notification. The involvement of God's ordained structure (Parents in the family)...will ultimately lead to the preserving our society in America. Parental authority must be upheld by the states and most importantly the U.S. Supreme Court. Parents must be informed of a pregnant minors intentions to have an abortion... to enable otherwise (by Law) is to undermine the family and to place the mother and life of the baby at risk! In a society where a minor cannot even be dispensed an aspirin by the school nurse without parental permission... Will we allow our young women to have a medical procedure with the possibilities of complications as well as lasting physical and emotional scars? Pregnancy is a stressful and confusing time for youths who need family support and guidance in their decision making.

Massachusetts and other states already have Notification laws which have proven constitutionally as long as teens have recourse to lower courts in lieu of parental notification. This is not the the sticking point in question in this Supreme Court case.
Of course, we know that Planned ParentHOOD wants to prevent and do away with any law which places an accountability from them to inform others of what they really are doing! They want to stop all legislation which hinders their ability to perform abortions and continue to sway the vulnerable into their mass propaganda lies.

At question in the N.H. Law, is that it does not have an exemption for medical emergencies (the smokescreen) which realistically, is only a possibility in a small fraction of the cases to which it applies. The claim is that of protecting a minors health, when we know it is really to protect women's Reproductive health and not a particular young minor woman's health! Who are they trying to fool? More women are put into jeopardy everyday through their procedures... and they are insistent that a young minor may become sterile if her abortion is postponed to make a phone call!

In the meantime, parents have not been notified, and a countless # of babies have been lost since the New Hampshire Legislators passed the Law two years ago!

Our Prayers should continue to be that the Justices allow the Salerno Rule to be applied! This will allow other individual cases to challenge (the "undue burden" of women's health- the standard set forth by Justice O'Connor), and allow cases to be tested on an individual basis!

Lets continue to Pray for this N.H. case which started 11/30. Pray for the Justices, the appointment of Judge Samuel Alito and that Justice O'Connor is not on the court when the verdict is written in March!

I believe this case is the beginning of the removal of the facade of Deception that will allow abortion to be seen at face value for what it really is!

Interestingly, on the Nov. 30 (the day of this Court case)... other news articles were The First Face Transplant, and Children's Bodies Identified: Authorities discuss two N.H. children found in Ohio who had been missing since 2003. Also on Nov. 28, 2000 the Supreme Court agreed to hear Bush v. Gore!

I believe that God is shouting at us!... Just as He changed the face of "The Old Man"... God is changing the face (facade) of the Supreme Court and will cause true justice to be framed in!

Pray that the winds of reformation will sweep and revive the face of America!
