THE REBOOTING OF THE MIND!!!
The Cause is supporting the Pure Life Movement, out of Nashville, and joining them in calling for 21 days of cleansing of the eyes and heart of the Church. When Jehu rode to Jezebel's palace, she painted her eyes and looked out the window seeking one more time to seduce her way out of judgment. Our computer windows are filled with the seduction of Jezebel. Her magazines, her TV screens, her media all find her casting forth her destructive spell. We have tolerated Jezebel in our eyes, our hearts, and our families. It is time for window cleaning.
We are calling a 21-Day Turn Off of all media, newspapers, TV, and computers (except for necessary work), combined with 21 days of desperate prayer for the shaking of the pornographic industry in the nation.
We are inaugurating war with a view that within a few years we could have 3 million turning off their TVs and computers, praying and binding the principalities and powers that have taunted the army of the living God. This is the first strike.
Go to www.pureliferevolution.net for more information about how to join us in Nashville or right where you live. Click here to read more about the strategy behind this offensive strike.

VT Assisted Suicide Bill Fails
Many thanks to our friends at Vermont Right to Life Committee for this news release. This is a GREAT VICTORY against this spirit of death which has been on the doorstep of Vermont's Capital and knocking on the door to our Legislature.
The culture of death in our society has been inviting this spirit (established through abortions) to roost over our state... But in the name of Jesus, we withstand it and take away its right to roost over, or come into Vermont...both now and in the future...and it shall be turned back and have no more entrance into the 50 states!
Please continue to pray against abortion and that this spirit will not be able to rear its ugly head anymore in future legislative sessions! ~Glenn Taylor
On Wednesday, May 3, 2006 the Vermont Human Services Committee called for a committee vote on House Bill 168, the so-called Death With Dignity Bill that has been the focus of heated debate for the 2005 - 2006 legislative session. The vote was 5 to 5 with one member absent. The tie vote means that the Bill has failed to move forward and is dead for the year. The Vermont Right to Life Committee made defeat of House Bill 168 the top priority for the legislative session.
Opponents of physician assisted suicide have worked tirelessly for the past two years to expose the dangers of passing H. 168 and, today, those efforts have been rewarded.
For nearly a decade, Oregon has been the only state to legalize assisted suicide in the US. For the past few years national euthanasia groups have looked to Vermont as the key to reviving their national effort. Those groups, working inconjunction with local suicide proponents, invested funds, hired top lobbying firms, employed a field director, released a public opinion poll, and held informational forums around Vermont. Yet, instead of victory in a Democratically controlled House and Senate, the bill was defeated in single committee.

Thank you for your prayers, phone calls, emails and support. VRLC could not have won this victory without each and every one of you!
