SAN FRANCISCO, California, October 21, 2005, (LifeSiteNews.com) --- Last year, on Monday, March 29, three separate lawsuits were launched against the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act signed into law on November 5, 2003. The judges in New York, Nebraska and California ruled in favor of the plaintiffs, stating that the ban was unconstitutional. The Bush administration yesterday urged a California federal appeals court to overturn the decision in that state.

The procedure in question is carried out in the second trimester where the living fetus is partially removed from the womb, and its skull is punctured or crushed.

The Government is arguing that the infanticide type of killing is never medically necessary and therefore does not limit a woman's options for an abortion.

Planned Parenthood, however, is arguing that doctors would be intimidated into not performing any abortions if the act was reinstated.

The rulings of the appeals courts in the three jurisdictions is of great interest. The Bush administration has already asked the Supreme Court to review the Nebraska decision. The cases are adding to the interest in the abortion position of Harriet Miers who is being nominated by the Bush administration to replace retiring Justice Sandra Day O'Connor

"Predominantly black and predominantly white congregations are being challenged to share a meal together and pray with one another on a regular basis."

Montgomery, Alabama, the "cradle of the civil rights movement, is in the news again, but this time it has nothing to do with racial rioting, a la the 1960's. Quite the opposite. Dubbed the "One Montgomery" movement, at least two churches in the area are preparing to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the bus boycott set off by Rosa Parks' arrest by promoting racial harmony through the Body of Christ.

The citywide movement is being led by Fresh Anointing International Church, a mostly black congregation, notes an Agape Press report, and First Baptist Church, a mostly white congregation. Reportedly, the two churches have already distributed 10,000 black and white wristbands bearing the words "One Montgomery" and also plan to make 10,000 black and white crosses for people to place in their yards as symbols of Christian unity.

"When the world comes to Montgomery, it would be fantastic if the international media -- which will be looking for stories -- will see thousands of black and white crosses all over this region," explains First Baptist Pastor Jay Wolf. "And those crosses will activate what Jesus said in John 12:31 -- 'If I be lifted up, I will draw all men to Myself.'"

The goal of the One Montgomery movement, Wolf notes, is to have black and white churches functioning as one and striving for racial reconciliation and harmony. "It's our goal to make a statement about racial reconciliation and pray that it will be catalytic to revival," he says.



As part of that effort, predominantly black and predominantly white congregations are being challenged to share a meal together and pray with one another on a regular basis, notes reporters Jim Brown and Jenny Parker.

As to some isolated criticism that the focus on black-white racial reconciliation is too narrow and not inclusive, Wolf points out, "Of course, the issue in Montgomery is not between Hispanics or Orientals; the demographics [in Montgomery] would be black and white." If black and white churches can function together under the banner of the cross, he asserts, then "the other issues will take care of themselves."

Pastor Kyle Searcy, the black pastor spearheading the effort alongside Wolf, prays that reconciliation will open the door for revival. "I really do believe that God is waiting for His body, His church, to come together a lot more, and a lot of the things that He's going to do in terms of the great harvest and in terms of massive revival in this country are going to be predicated upon us coming together as one."

Says Searcy, "I believe One Montgomery is the foundation of what God wants to do in every city of the United States."

"I did not know what an abortion was!"

According to Christine Melchor, Executive Director of the Houston Coalition for Life, Norma McCorvey, the now Pro-Life "Roe" of Roe v. Wade, will give her testimony and will publicly challenge her former lawyer, Sarah Weddington to address her unanswered questions regarding the landmark case. This challenge will be issued during a press conference at 6:30 PM on Saturday, October 15, 2005 on the public property outside of the Hilton Post Oak (formerly the Doubletree) 2001 S. Post Oak Blvd in the Galleria during the Planned Parenthood Annual Fundraiser at which Weddington is the keynote speaker.

Norma McCorvey said, "In 1972, Sarah Weddington argued in the courts, presumptuously on my behalf, that women should be allowed to obtain a legal abortion. The courts did not ask whether I knew what I was asking for. The abortion decision that destroyed every state law protecting the rights of women and their unborn babies was based on a fundamental misrepresentation. I had never read the affidavit and I did not know what an abortion was. Weddington and the other supporters of abortion used me and my circumstance to urge the courts to legalize abortion without any meaningful trial which addressed the humanity of the baby, and what abortion would do to women… My real interests were not their concern."

McCorvey added, "As the class action plaintiff in the most controversial U.S. Supreme Court case of the twentieth century, I only met with the attorneys twice. Once over pizza and beer, when I was told that my baby was only 'tissue.' The other time at Coffee's office to sign the affidavit. No other personal contacts. I was never invited into court. I never testified…. The entire case was an abstraction."

Christine Melchor, Executive Director of the Houston Coalition for Life, stated, "I urge any woman considering abortion to be skeptical of whether the abortion industry is really looking out for her best interests. Norma McCorvey knows from her experience being used by supporters of abortion and through working in the industry herself that these people continue to exploit women to further their financial and personal agendas."

Melchor will also challenge Planned Parenthood's CEO, Peter Durkin, to address unanswered questions regarding the true agenda of Planned Parenthood, deceptive information promoted by his organization, and startling facts that it has covered up.
Over one hundred concerned citizens from all over will be participating in a protest on the public right-of-way in front of the fundraiser and awaiting a response to their long-standing concerns.

THE LARGEST MASS GRAVE IN AMERICA?

LOS ANGELES (ANS) -- Yesterday was the 20th anniversary of the sealing of what many regard to be the largest mass grave on American soil. (Pictured: Rich Buhler).

There isn’t anything that points you to the site in the Odd Fellows cemetery in East Los Angeles. You have to search for it, but it’s there on the east side of the grounds marked only by a flat gravestone that says “IN MEMORY OF THE 16,500 PRECIOUS UNBORN BURIED HERE. OCT 6, 1985.”

The story that led to the burial came to light in February of 1982 when workers opened a large shipping container that had been repossessed from the owner of a medical lab in Southern California. It was filled with buckets of the results of thousands of abortions.

Los Angeles county supervisors faced a dilemma about what to do with the remains and a feminist lawsuit that went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court ordered that they couldn’t be buried with religious ceremony because that would be taking sides in the abortion debate.

But on October 6, 1985, the date of the burial, there was a crowd of us who had independently come to do what the county could not do: honor the lives and mourn the deaths of the children being laid to rest.

I had the privilege of being one of those who participated in the service that day and it was an overwhelming experience as we stood at the graveside of thousands of children who by that time would have been three years old and playing in the Southern California sunshine.

During the ceremony, County Supervisor Michael Antonovich read a telegram from President Reagan. In it Mr. Reagan likened the Supreme Court decisions legalizing abortion to decisions that upheld slavery prior to the Civil War. He said, “Once again a whole category of human beings has been ruled outside the protection of the law by a court ruling which clashed with our deepest moral convictions."

That telegram got fresh national attention during the confirmation debate around John Roberts’ nomination to be the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. As associate White House counsel in 1985 he was asked to review the text of President Reagan’s statement.

For several years, the grave of the babies was unmarked because of conflict over what to say on a gravestone. I had the privilege of again being a part of the service that later dedicated the memorial marker.

In my remarks I speculated what the demographics might be of the children buried there. If they were representative of the nation as a whole, about 8,000 of them were boys and 9,000 were girls. Had they lived, 1,600 of them would have been left handed, nearly 4,000 of them Catholic, 2,300 Baptists, and more than 160 Episcopalians.

About 1,600 would have become teachers, more than 13,000 high school graduates and more than 3,500 college grads. Nearly 2,000 would have been executives, 1,600 in sales, and a little more than 2,000 would have been professionals.

These are woefully unscientific numbers, but illustrate the fact that these children were not the medical equivalent of amputated limbs or surgically discarded cartilage. Until abortion intervened, every one of them was alive in safety of their mother’s wombs and had beating hearts. Some of them were old enough that you could have seen whether they had grandpa’s dimple or momma’s nose. Where the comparison with the national population breaks down the most is with race. Because of the locations of the clinics where their abortions took place a disproportionate number of the children were minorities.

Yesterday, I paused to think about the children buried in the Odd Fellows cemetery. I try to drop by and visit their grave whenever I can. Not only to remember them but the more than 100 million other babies who like them have been the deprived of the opportunity to experience birth and life but who unlike them do not have a grave.

Italian Coma Victim Awakens After Two Years, Says He Heard Everything

Rome, Italy (LifeNews.com) -- A man who had been placed in a coma for two years as a result of an automobile accident recently awoke and told doctors and his family that he heard and understood everything going on around him during the time.
Salvatore Crisafulli, a father of four, describes his case as a "miracle" proving that lost causes are not hopeless.

"The doctors said that I wasn't conscious, but I understood everything and I cried in desperation," Crisafulli, who is 38, told Italian media outlets Thursday.

Although the situations are not entirely similar, Crisafulli's brother Pietro called the recovery "an Italian Terri Schiavo case."

He emerged from the coma three months ago and began speaking recently -- his first word was "Mamma."

The news comes at the same time as a national bioethics committee in Italy put forward guidelines saying that incapacitated patients should be provided normal medical care, including food and water.

"To feed an unconscious patient through a tube is not a medical act," the committee's president, Francesco D'Agostino, said, according to a Reuters report. "It's like giving a bottle to a newborn baby who can't be nursed by its mother ... And then we reflect on the Schiavo case. The woman was left to die of starvation."

"My brother speaks and remembers. I don't expect that he will be like he was, but it's already a miracle," Pietro told the Italian Corriere della Sera newspaper. "And to think that some doctors said that it was all useless and that he would be dead in three, four months."

Tuesday, October 25, will be the second annual Students' Day of Silent Solidarity.

On this day, according to the group's website, "students from hundreds of campuses in both the United States and Canada will take a vow of silence to express their contempt for the murderous act of abortion that has claimed one-third of their generation and continues to take the lives of over 4,000 babies per day in the United States alone."

"Thousands of American babies are permanently silenced every day by the violent act of abortion," said Bryan Kemper, president of Stand True Ministries. "This day is in honor of those children, and we will stay silent as an act of solidarity with these innocent victims."

Not only will students be silent, but they will also wear red armbands and or red duct tape on their mouths and distribute educational flyers to anyone who asks why they are silent. Many home-schooled students will also participate in the event by visiting local malls and other public areas to distribute flyers.

"This year's response to this event has been astounding," said Kemper. The event is a month away and we have commitments to participate from students and groups at over 350 campuses throughout North America.

"These students are excited to have a united opportunity to stand up for the babies with fellow students from around the country in a peaceful and effective manner," said Kemper. "We have received many e-mails from students thanking us for giving them this opportunity, and telling us how excited they are to promote the event."

We have seen the hand of God move as the hearts of those who opposed the nomination of Judge John Roberts were swayed to vote in favor of his appointment (the Kings heart is in the hand of the Lord, like the rivers of water he turns it...). I believe this is a direct result of the intercessions of the Saints and not by political lobbying (although, don't stop lobbying- We need both!) In Vermont both our Senators voted Yes for this appointment! Before the hearings Sen. Leahy was one of the vocal opponents of this nomination! Why not call or write a thank you to Senator Patrick Leahy and Senator Jim Jeffords! Please continue to pray for Pres. Bush to make "God's Choice" for this next nomination. Pray that He is resolved on a pro life appointment, and that he is not swayed by other councel! We also must continue to pray that God strengthen this nominee and prepare him or her for the hearing process. I don't believe this process will go as easy(?) as the last hearings. Those who are opposed know they have a lot to lose and will be relentless in their attack! We must pray for the protection of Chief Justice Roberts mind and heart and for wisdom in leadership and that all of the supreme court justices will be under Angelic covering and that Demonic influences would not cloud righteous judgement. Steve Shultz: "I saw myself 'spiritually' covering President Bush, almost as the Secret Service might cover him . . . Last night on my drive home, I called my "chief" intercessor Lisa Doyle. In our conversations, we both discovered we'd suddenly felt led to be highly protective in prayer of our President, George W. Bush. . .almost like a mother bear is protective of her cubs. P.S. During the reign of another president, before this one, I used to hear people speak the most vile and unkind things toward him. I noticed that almost everyone of these people, their marriages were suffering as they spoke against this man in authority. LISA DOYLE: In my earlier conversations last week with Steve Shultz via email and telephone, I felt strongly that the forecasted devastation of Hurricane Rita could be lessened through the power of prayer. Later, I found out that this was in agreement with what many other prophetic voices were speaking at the same time. This is part of what I experienced and saw last week and over the weekend. In a vision, I saw the Father bending His ear from Heaven to listen to the response of this nation in reference to the impending devastation of Hurricane Rita. Heaven was most certainly poised, listening and waiting for our response and then, for the response of the Father as He looked down upon His saints.Then, what I saw was President Bush leading an army of prayer warriors. This army of prayer warriors, commissioned as the Saints of God, were composed of all types and gender, known and unknown, great and small (although, those that saw themselves as small were very large in the sight of the Lord, and in fact carried some of the greatest weight in Heaven). Their cadence of this army was firm and strong. And their songs, their prayers, their cries, and their focus was this as they humbly, yet determinedly marched in unison to petition before the Throne of God on behalf of the region and to set up a prayer shield around the people, their families, their property, and their possessions.
"If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now, My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place. For now I have chosen and sanctified this house, that My name may be there forever; and My eyes and My heart will be there perpetually. The President's Cry for Mercy

As the vision further continued, I then looked again to President Bush, and I saw that he was focused and determined and that his jaw was set like flint, as he headed toward the gulf region. Behind President Bush were the prayers of the saints, propelling him forward, as he shook his head in determination. President Bush said to this Monstrous Storm -- called "Rita" -- "Not on my Watch!"
Momentarily, I then flashed to a secret place where I saw our President on his knees, behind closed doors, humbly praying and asking the Lord to spare the already devastated areas of the gulf region, impacted by Hurricane Katrina. "Mercy!" he cried out for, as a tears gently cascaded down his cheeks. Next, I became aware that many leaders in high governmental positions (national, state, and local elected; appointed; and contracted positions), within our military, those in the media, businessmen, and women had joined in prayer, meek and the broken, and were on bended knee crying out for mercy, grace, and for the love of God to move in and intervene on behalf of this nation. I then bore witness with the spirit of God, that salvation had gone forth, that there were many who had given their life over to Jesus Christ, and many that had rededicated their lives for the purpose of the Kingdom. A number of these were within our government, political arenas, big businesses, and military. God had moved strategically and miraculously behind the scenes.Suddenly, I saw that George Bush and all the saints of God had gotten the attention of Heaven. I then saw the Father, the Great Ancient of Days, sitting upon His Throne. He looked down from Heaven, and He bent down as He pointed His finger towards the gulf. A command and a shout went out from Heaven, anointed with the power of God to diminish and lessen the storm called Rita. Angelic Hosts were released to divinely help those still in harm's way and to help administer heavenly anointing, heavenly provision and heavenly help during the continued rescue efforts and rebuilding for those who had suffered from Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita.

The Bowls of Incense Poured Out on the Earth

Future miracles were released, specifically in the areas of rebuilding, financial healing, physical healing (many who have had no resources for medical aid before the storms will now), cleansing, and deliverance of land to be use to release His Glory more fully on the earth. The poor, the meek, and the brokenhearted had found favor with the Lord, and no longer would they be the last. But instead, they would be the first in line to receive the benefits, aides, and provision being released at this prophetic moment in time.A knowing within my spirit told me, "Clearly, the Saints of God and President Bush had found favor with the Lord and that the bowls of incense, which are the prayers of the saints, were filled in Heaven and were now being poured out further upon the earth, in a greater way."
Although we do not fully understand it, we know that through these two hurricanes, more of the Lord's Glory is being released within this nation, as a foretaste of the great reformation and revival to come. And some of you are already experiencing this around you. You may be beginning to see the ever increasing birth pains.
Please Saints, continue to pray. Heaven needs your prayers to help continue to fill the bowls of incense. In short, I believe the Lord has revealed that this impending reformation and revival of the "Church at Large" will be greater than all the accumulations of past revivals; this nation has a call to help lead it.

"What is it That You Desire?"

As this part of the vision began to fade, I then heard a call from Heaven, an intercession call, on behalf of President Bush, his Family, and those areas that the Lord has given him charge over. Please agree with me in prayer, for that which the Lord was revealing through the vision and also for the protection and safety of him and his family, during this very strategic time. The following is what I witnessed and heard. First and foremost, I heard that George Bush had found FAVOR in the sight of the Lord and that He was well pleased with him for his heart of repentance and love, his efforts, his diligence, his strength and stamina in the midst of trial, and for his unwavering heart of love for the American people. I was then reminded of the scripture listed above from Chronicles where the Lord was speaking to Solomon; as I pondered this, I again saw President George Bush in his secret place, humbly before the Lord in prayer.
I then saw the Lord gently whisper a question to the heart of the President: "What is that you desire George?" Instead of asking for anything of himself, his heart cried out for mercy; grace; protection to spare us in the midst of storms, trouble, and war; for a healing; a restoration; and deliverance of his country, the United States of America.
This prayer was so pure and so selfless; it moved upon the Lord's heart of compassion on behalf of this nation. This humble prayer also released a gift and new talents in untold proportions to President Bush.

Gifts, Anointings, and Talents Were Poured Out

The gift released was wisdom, much like Solomon was anointed with, yet at a greater proportion. And the talents released were specifically in the areas of economic budgeting and stability and negotiating with world leaders -- in the areas of energy related matters, with an emphasis on oil. I heard that George Bush would help solve the energy crisis and current and impending oil shortages.

"And God gave Solomon wisdom and exceedingly great understanding, and largeness of heart like the sand on the seashore. Thus Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the men of the East and all the wisdom of Egypt. For he was wiser than all men--than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, Chalcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol; and his fame was in all the surrounding nations. He spoke three thousand proverbs, and his songs were one thousand and five. Also he spoke of trees, from the cedar tree of Lebanon even to the hyssop that springs out of the wall; he spoke also of animals, of birds, of creeping things, and of fish. And men of all nations, from all the kings of the earth who had heard of his wisdom, came to hear the wisdom of Solomon." -- 1 Kings 4:29-34 NKJV

Other areas of anointing, talent, and expertise I saw released to President Bush were:

1. Strategic military strategy to help root out and expose terrorist groups and activities.
2. Discernment and wisdom in reference to nuclear arms. I saw the Lord bringing allies to help in this arena, especially in reference to North Korea.
3. I saw what you would call a serendipity anointing released to President Bush. where he would inadvertently fall into key and strategic pieces of information. at a national and international level. that would expose those against this nation, Israel, England, Switzerland, and other allies.
Serendipity: an apparent aptitude for making prosperous discoveries accidentally.
4. Wisdom to help guide and direct this nation in issues, such as same sex marriage, abortion, healthcare reform, border control, Social Security tax reform, tax reform, budgeting, arms control, and education, to name a few.
5. Unity anointing released to President Bush to be disbursed throughout this nation and internationally. I saw the Lord anoint President Bush's mouth, much like the coal being touched to the lips (Isaiah 6), to speak forth the Lord's heart that would captivate, soften, and turn some of the most harden of hearts toward the things of the Lord and His will.

6. Favor with the military and governmental elected officials within this nation and internationally, with a special emphasis on Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkey, Japan, China, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Chile, North and South Korea, France, Germany, and Russia.
7. Above all, that he would be filled with the love of Jesus Christ and a light to shine into the most darkest of places.

A Presidency Like None Before Him

I then saw the approval rating of the President in Heaven reach the maximum. President Bush had captured the Heart of the Father, and the Father approved of His son George. And with the American people, I saw his approval rating begin to climb in his Presidency and into the years that followed. Finally, the Lord allowed me to view the President's performance through historical accounts, and in these historical accounts, unwritten as yet, it marked President Bush as one of the most successful, capable, compassionate, caring, and loving Presidents in our Nation's History. He was known as a man who would not waver and a man of his word, who knew how to love much and knew how to demonstrate that love on a global level. President Bush, much like he stepped and took authority over Hurricane Rita, powered by Heaven and the prayers of the saints, has the anointing, the talent, and the resources to help bring the glory of the Lord to America, in an unprecedented and significant way -- especially in the areas of governmental and political arenas, big business, media, and our military -- during the remainder of His Presidency and well into the years that follow. Please agree with me in prayer that the Lord will truly pour out His tender loving goodness and kindness upon President George Bush and that he would fulfill all that the Lord has for him to do. A fellow warrior in the cause for LIFE, Jami Sims, sent me this information about pregnant mothers caught in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina:

Christy Anne Dickson, director of the Crisis Pregnancy Support Center in Texas City, TX, wrote to tell us about what they’re doing to help the families who are finding themselves in Texas after the hurricane. Many of the women are pregnant, and they are being advised to abort. Families literally have nothing to help them care for their children. This center is stepping in to provide help and support. They are putting together bags holding one week’s supply of diapers, baby food, formula, baby wipes, bottles, spoons and bowls, disposable changing pads, lotion, powder, oil, shampoo, you name it. They’ve committed to providing 500 of these packets, to begin with (more as the Lord enables). These will be distributed at the shelters to families with babies.

In addition, they hope to set up fully supplied diaper changing stations at each shelter, with communal rocking chairs. And, since families will soon be moving out to other locations, they’re trying to supply moms with fully stocked diaper bags for each infant and toddler still in diapers.

They are collecting money to purchase these items. Contributions are tax deductible. Mark your gifts “disaster relief fund.” This is a natural for those of us who are already involved in this type of ministry.

Dear Intercessors,
It is a season of great change in America. We are experiencing great crises and great opportunities. The death of Supreme Court Justice Rehnquist has presented us with a tremendous opportunity to shift the court. If Roberts is confirmed, and another good judge is nominated and confirmed after him, the balance of the court would change. Also, many of us believe President Bush will ultimately appoint a third Justice. This is the season and opportunity we have awaited for many years. We must not miss it.

In light of this opportunity and the power of biblical declarations, several other prayer leaders and I have written the following proclamation. We are asking you to join with thousands of Christians around the nations to daily decree this proclamation over the courts of America. Please distribute this to all praying Christians that you know.

Proclamation Concerning the American Judiciary

Whereas, our Constitution established a form of government that has made America the longest on-going, constitutional republic in the history of the world.

Whereas, the framers of our government acknowledged the hand of God in the formulation of the government, established under the Constitution. For example, political scientists confirm that the Bible was the single, most cited source in the writings of the Founding Era; Constitution signer James Madison declared, "It is impossible for the pious man not to recognize in it (the writing of the Constitution) a finger of that Almighty Hand which was so frequently extended to us in the critical stages of the evolution." And Declaration signer and Constitution ratifier Benjamin Rush, similarly pronounced: "I do not believe that the Constitution was the offspring of (Divine) inspiration, but I am perfectly satisfied that it is as much the work of a Divine Providence as any of the miracles recorded in the Old and New Testament."

Whereas, the Constitution establishes three separate branches, defines the role of each branch, and gives all policy-making powers to the elected legislative and executive branches but not the unelected judicial branch.

Whereas, the Federalist Papers the work that explained to Americans the scope and powers under each clause of the Constitution clearly set forth the limited powers of the judiciary in these words: "The judiciary is, beyond comparison, the weakest of the three departments of power" and "The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever. It may truly be said to have neither force nor will" (Federalist #78).

Whereas, the judiciary has rejected these constitutional principles, and instead, usurped the powers of the other two branches, legislating from the bench with the Supreme Court's own Justices describing the court with such terms as "a super board of education for every school district in the nation," amateur psychologists on a "psycho-journey," and "a national theology board."

Whereas, the Constitution created a protection for religious expressions, but the Supreme Court has now substituted a new standard that requires the aggressive secularization of the public sphere, thus creating a segregation of faith from official public life, including a repudiation of the Biblical principles, practices, and acknowledgments incorporated into public life by the framers of the Constitution, thereby scorning the solemn warning by Thomas Jefferson, querying, "Can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are the gift of God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just: that His justice cannot sleep forever."

Whereas, our original judges and justices were typically and deeply religious. They were openly God-honoring individuals, often invoking Scriptures in the courtroom and frequently belonging to organizations, such as the American Bible Society in order to help promote the distribution of God's word across the nation.

Whereas, the court now, not only rejects biblical principles, but also the American governing documents that inculcate so many of those principles, and instead embraces the standards of aggressively secular foreign nations that have renounced traditional faith and morality, instituting those God-hostile standards as the new basis for American law.

Whereas, the so-called culture war's issues--the protection of unborn human life, the sanctity of marriage, the preservation of public standards for morality and decency, the protection of private property, public acknowledgment of God, and many other concerns--are now decided by unelected, unaccountable individuals rather than by "We the People" under the "consent of the governed" as stipulated in our governing documents.

Now therefore, we as a vast body of believers in God's Word, arise and say:

"Courts of America, no more will you continue on this path!"

We declare:

Equal justice under God's law for all including the helpless and the unborn, according to Psalm 82:3-4

The restoration of righteous judges and counselors, according to Isaiah 1:26

That justice and righteousness will be the measuring line and the level for the laws of the land, according to Isaiah 28:17;

That the fear of the Lord will be upon our justice system, according to II Chronicles 19:7

That America's judges will fear and honor God, according to Psalm 2:10-12

That according to Deuteronomy 16:18-20, wisdom and discernment will be used in the appointment of judges, and that America will appoint judges who know the laws of God as stipulated in Ezra 7:25

According to Isaiah 42:1-13, we declare and proclaim the Lord God Almighty as Our Supreme Judge over our courts in America.
